SageReport is AI-powered report-writing software built for school-based psychologists speech therapists and occupational therapists. We eliminate many hours of documentation per evaluation so clinicians can spend more time supporting students and families. School districts are facing unsustainable caseloads attrition due to burnout compliance risk and rising due-process costs. Our users feel that pain every day and theyre actively asking for this product. There is currently no direct competition and we are receiving strong traction signals from users.
Traction so far:
- Active district-wide pilot with Atlanta Public Schools 10 early testers across 5 states when surveyed show Net Promoter Score of 87 and Product Market Fit of 93%.
- 60 beta users nationwide with 200 seeking access within one day following a users FB post on a Friday at midnight
- Launching publicly at the NASP conference with opportunity for presale (Feb 2026)
Tasks
Youll be our first sales hire. This is a hands-on founding role: youll sell build the motion and help define how we scale. You will be supported by a CRM and outbound system built by a DemandGen executive.
In the first year youll:
- Own the full sales cycle for district and enterprise deals
- Be further supported by SDR at user milestones
- Convert pilots and early adopters into long-term contracts
- Navigate public-sector procurement budget cycles and multi-stakeholder decisions
- Help build the initial sales playbook messaging and demo flow
- Partner closely with the CEO on strategy pricing and fundraising conversations
- Opportunity for advancement into VP or Head of Growth role
Over time youll have the opportunity to help shape the sales org including hiring and training future AEs with
Requirements
Required:
- 3 years of experience in enterprise or public-sector B2B sales
- A track record of closing complex multi-stakeholder deals
- Comfort selling without a mature playbook or sales ops function
- Familiarity with long sales cycles ($100k deals 6-12 months)
- Ability to lead with ROI and translate product value into executive-level outcomes
Strongly preferred:
- Experience selling SaaS to school districts or government entities
- EdTech HealthTech or compliance-driven software background
