Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) Float / Ketamine & Spravato Coordinator
Travel between assigned locations as needed to support patient care and clinic operations.
Greet and check-in patients upon arrival ensuring a welcoming experience.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
Collect and update patient information in the EMR system.
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
Coordinate referrals follow-up appointments and communicate with pharmacies.
Assist with insurance verification copays billing processes and payment collection.
Call patients for reminders follow-ups and rescheduling.
Provide administrative support to healthcare providers including documentation and coordination.
Open and prepare the office each day; maintain cleanliness and organization.
Restock supplies and handle basic office upkeep.
Provide coverage and support for multiple office lines when not covering another PCC.
Ketamine & Spravato Coordinator Responsibilities
Schedule and monitor patients undergoing ketamine and Spravato treatment protocols.
Prepare treatment rooms and sanitize equipment before and after each session.
Educate patients on ketamine therapy its administration and potential benefits.
Assist with patient intake documentation and post-treatment instructions.
Monitor and document patient vitals and experience throughout treatment.
Provide emotional support and reassurance during treatments (e.g. offering blankets music water or comfort measures).
Coordinate with psychiatric providers to ensure safe and compliant administration of treatments.
Manage inventory of supplies and medications ensuring compliance with regulations.

Required Education and Experience
Reliable Method of Transportation & Valid Drivers License & Current Car Insurance
Experience Giving Intra Muscular (IM) Injections
Certified Medical Assistant Certificate
High school diploma or equivalent.
Less than one year of experience considered; must be willing to train.
Preferred Education and Experience
One to three years of experience in a medical or mental health setting.
Associates degree or higher.
Knowledge of medical and mental health terminology.
Customer service background.
Psychedelic Experience
Experience monitoring patients and/or providing direct clinical support (MA/LPN preferred).
Required Skills:
Work experience-Minimum of 1 years of related experience Education: bachelors degree in marketing Communications Public Relations Journalism or related field that requires strong writing skills required.
