Are you ready to take your leadership journey to the next level Join us at Oakleigh State School Heling Hands as a Co-Coordinator (Job Share) at our OSHC (Helping Hands) and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children! You will also have the support of a fulltime Service Manager who is available additional to ratio each day.

This permanent full-time role offers 38 hours per week for both our Coordinators including non-contact admin hours providing a fantastic opportunity to develop and collaborate on your leadership skills. With ongoing training mentorship and dedicated support well ensure youre equipped to thrive in a supportive leadership role.

As a Coordinator youll work across fortnightly rosters with split shifts one week and block shifts the next

Week 1: Split Shifts Monday to Friday across the services operating hours of:

6:30-8:50am (Rise then Shine)
3:00-6:00pm (Stay and Play)

Plus additional non-contact hours (your choice of morning or afternoon).

Week 2: Block shifts

  • 8 hour shifts each day

You will also work block shifts during school holidays! (Holiday HQ program).

About the Role Lead Your Team to Success!

As Co-Coordinators youll collaboratively lead a team of passionate Educators and oversee an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about teamwork and leadership:

  • Youll create and lead a dynamic child-centered program filled with exciting activities like STEM sports cooking arts and craftsall designed to inspire and engage.
  • Together youll take full ownership of the teams roster manage day-to-day operations ensure compliance and handle admin tasksall while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
  • With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team youll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills collaboratively and make a real impact.

 

Who Are We Looking For
