Youll own the entire demand generation lifecycledesigning and executing campaigns that attract and convert qualified leads accelerate pipeline and directly impact revenue.
This role is responsible for building a scalable end-to-end demand generation enginefrom strategy and execution to performance analysis and optimization. Your work will not only generate high-quality leads but also enhance our brand presence across global markets.
Your success will be measured by campaign impact on lead volume and quality pipeline contribution and revenue influence. Youll also play a critical role in aligning efforts across marketing sales and product teams to ensure a cohesive high-converting customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning Develop and execute a global demand generation strategy focused on acquisition nurturing conversion and retention.
- Campaign Ownership Design launch and optimize multi-channel campaigns across paid search paid social retargeting email and more to generate quality leads and measurable pipeline.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Brand Product Marketing Sales (including Customer Acquisition) and Customer Success to align campaign goals messaging and targeting.
- Team Leadership Manage and grow a team of demand generation specialists. Set clear goals inspire innovation and drive team performance.
- Performance Measurement Define track and report on KPIs such as lead volume conversion rates pipeline contribution and ROI. Turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Technology & Processes Evaluate and optimize marketing tech stack automation tools and campaign workflows. Establish scalable best practices for execution.
- Budget Management Own and allocate the demand generation budget to maximize ROI and business impact.
Day-to-Day
- Build and validate the demand generation strategy; scale initiatives to new regions.
- Oversee campaign planning execution and optimization across global markets.
- Monitor performance and iterate quickly based on real-time data.
- Collaborate with Creative and Content teams to brief and align on campaign assets and messaging.
- Provide coaching and conduct regular performance reviews with your team.
- Present updates insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Coordinate with regional teams to ensure local relevance compliance and execution consistency.
Qualifications :
- Proven leadership experience building and managing global demand generation teams in B2B and B2B2B environments.
- Track record of designing and scaling multi-channel demand engines across regions and cultures.
- Deep knowledge of marketing automation CRM systems analytics tools paid media and SEO.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategic action.
- Solid expertise across digital marketing channelsemail paid media SEO social and ABM.
- Creative problem-solver with a test-and-learn mentality.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in matrixed organizations.
- Results-driven curious and committed to continuous learning and growth.
