We are seeking a Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management Consultant with 3-5 years of experience to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the configuration of the Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules.
- Perform system configuration tasks such as creating absence plans time-off accrual work schedules time calculations time entry code and time entry template.
- Provide post-implementation support troubleshooting and system optimization.
- Support business with day-to-day queries
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management configuration and support.
- Experience with support multiple clients on Workday Time and Absence
- At least one implementation experience on Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management
- Ability to gather and analyse business requirements
- Experience in leading or participating in full Workday project life cycles including planning design testing and deployment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills.
- Workday certification(s) in Time Tracking and Absence Management is a plus.
- Experience with Workday HCM or Payroll modules is a plus.
