As a Parts Logistics Coordinator youll play a vital role in shaping how we manage and deliver critical components to support our race operations. Your work will help us stay ahead in a fast-moving competitive environment. This is a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between Production and the Race Team ensuring the right parts are in the right place at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of a family of parts from end-of-manufacture to end-of-life.
- Define and manage pool quantities to support budget forecasting and attrition planning.
- Use ERP systems to track shortages and create allocation plans.
- Collaborate across departments to support efficient logistics and reduce late freight.
- Forecast and allocate parts 3-4 races ahead to support build and logistics schedules.
- Act as the main contact for the Race Team regarding part availability and delivery timelines.
- Support pre-race assembly builds and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Contribute to the development of the component lifing system and budget planning.
