ABA Intake Coordinator (ABA Therapy for Autism Care / Behavioral)

About the Role:
The ABA Intake Coordinator is the first point of contact for families seeking Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy for Autism care. This role ensures a warm professional and efficient intake experience by conducting screenings gathering information and coordinating with internal teams to transition families smoothly into the care process.

- Outreach & Screening:
Contact new inquiries promptly and conduct intake screenings.
Collect required information and assess eligibility.
- Provide compassionate supportive communication to families.
- Lead Management & Documentation:
Accurately record intake data in Salesforce (or similar CRM).
- Convert qualified leads and close out ineligible or unresponsive cases.
- Conversion & Follow-Up:
Re-engage paused or unresponsive families to improve conversions.
- Provide after-hours or weekend coverage as needed.
- Collaboration & Quality Assurance:
Follow standard procedures scripts and quality guidelines.
- Coordinate with intake clinical and RCM teams for seamless transitions.
Participate in ongoing training and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy for Autism care required.
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in patient intake healthcare operations or customer service.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong empathy professionalism and phone presence.
Detail-oriented organized and data-accurate.
Flexible to work evenings or weekends as needed.
