Are you ready to bring your tailoring talent to a new opportunity in Bogotá a lively growing city with rich culture and professional potential We are looking for a skilled Dressmaker to join our team and support garment alterations and repairs within a dynamic international studio environment.

What youll do

• Perform garment alterations including hemming resizing adjusting seams and lengths as required ensuring perfect fit and finish.
• Repair damaged garments by sewing tears replacing zippers buttons or other components as needed restoring items to high-quality standards.
• Operate sewing machines irons and other tailoring equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor inventory of tailoring materials and notify management when supplies run low.
• Maintain accurate records of all assigned garments completed alterations repairs and workflow tasks.
• Keep the workspace clean organized and compliant with safety and hygiene standards.

What were looking for

• Native or fluent Spanish strong written and verbal communication is required.
• Proven experience as a tailor seamstress dressmaker or in a similar garment-alteration/repair role.
• Skilled use of sewing machines irons needles threads and other tailoring tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver precise high-quality work on every garment.
• Ability to work independently manage multiple tasks meet deadlines efficiently and adapt to shift work if required.
• Good knowledge of different fabrics and appropriate alteration or repair techniques.
