Job Summary

What youll do

Monitor live operations in real time keeping a careful eye out for irregular or high-risk activity.
Ensure strict compliance with security protocols operational standards and fairness policies at all times.
Detect and escalate any suspicious patterns behaviors or technical issues per internal procedures.
Collect consolidate and analyze surveillance data; prepare clear detailed reports on trends irregularities or emerging risks
Collaborate closely with risk compliance and operations teams to evaluate threats and maintain operational integrity.
Document all observations incidents and process deviations accurately while maintaining strict confidentiality and professional ethics.
Support daily operational tasks and assist initiatives led by supervisors or managers to reinforce a secure efficient environment.

Who were looking for

Fluent in English (C1 level) with excellent written and spoken communication
Recent graduate or final-year student in a technical analytical or business-related discipline - or comparable experience.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to spot patterns assess risks and make decisions under pressure.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends in a 24/7 operation.
Excellent attention to detail time-management skills and a commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards.
Comfortable using standard office tools (e.g. Microsoft Office) - familiarity with monitoring tools or surveillance systems is a plus.
