Job Summary

What youll do

Design configure and maintain network infrastructure switches routers firewalls wireless access points to ensure reliability security and high performance in a 24/7 live-studio environment.
Oversee daily network operations: monitor traffic and performance proactively troubleshoot routing switching wireless or connectivity issues and implement optimizations to avoid downtime.
Provide system administration support for both Windows and Linux environments: manage network services security protocols VPNs firewalls and access controls.
Diagnose complex network problems using tools such as packet analyzers or monitoring platforms (e.g. Wireshark PRTG/Zabbix/Nagios) and implement effective solutions.
Ensure full compliance with security and operational standards manage documentation and support upgrades expansions or new deployments as needed.

What were looking for

At least 5 years of experience in network engineering or administration ideally in high-availability or live-service environments.
Strong expertise managing Cisco (or equivalent) networking equipment and deep knowledge of TCP/IP DNS DHCP VPNs routing protocols network security wireless infrastructure.
Solid experience with both Windows and Linux system administration and familiarity with modern network services and security best practices.
Proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken); good communication problem-solving skills and ability to work flexibly in a rotating shift schedule when required.
A proactive detail-oriented mindset able to anticipate issues act with urgency under pressure and maintain high standards of network reliability.
