Our client is a fast-growing and innovative startup operating at the intersection of gaming and blockchain technologies headquartered in Dubai.
What Youll Do:
- Maintain and regularly update employee records and HR data within internal systems.
- Support the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process including document preparation orientation scheduling and exit procedures.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries providing timely support and guidance.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and assist in maintaining up-to-date HR policies guidelines and documentation.
- Coordinate office setup and relocation projects managing relationships with contractors suppliers and vendors.
- Collaborate on workspace design and layout planning to align with the organizations culture efficiency and productivity goals.
- Oversee daily office operations to maintain a professional organized and well-functioning work environment.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Interior Design Hospitality Management or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR operations and office or facility management.
- Demonstrated experience managing office fit-out projects and a solid understanding of workspace/interior design concepts.
- Background in hospitality serviced offices or coworking spaces is a strong advantage.
- Excellent organizational coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused and service-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
