Job Summary

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lender to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lending and a proven track record of success in developing and maintaining client relationships. This is a full-time permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to generate business and meet sales targets

- Analyze financial information and credit data to evaluate loan applications and make lending decisions

- Negotiate and structure loan terms and conditions that meet the needs of both the borrower and the company

- Monitor and manage loan portfolio to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies

- Collaborate with other departments within the company to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients

- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the market to identify new business opportunities

- Attend networking events and conferences to promote the company and build relationships with potential clients

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in finance business or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lending

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Strong understanding of financial analysis and credit evaluation

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and loan management software

- Knowledge of local market and industry trends
