Job Summary

Maintain accurate records of all negotiations orders and project communications

Track project metrics and prepare status reports for management

Document lessons learned and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in business construction management supply chain or related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in project management preferably in plumbing construction or wholesale distribution

Strong working knowledge of plumbing systems materials and commercial construction processes

Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus

Excellent negotiation and communication skills with ability to influence vendors and customers

Strong customer service orientation with proven problem-solving abilities

Experience with CRM systems such as preferred

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
