Job Summary

ServiceNow Solution Architect needs 6 years experience

ServiceNow Solution Architect requires:

Experience Leading end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects.
Experience Overseeing implementation and optimization of ITSM SPM and ITOM modules including workflows integrations and reporting.

ServiceNow Solution Architect duties:

Develop and maintain detailed project plans timelines budgets and risk mitigation strategies.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement requirements gathering and change management activities.
Ensure compliance with governance frameworks including ITIL Agile and CSDM standards.
Monitor project KPIs and use ServiceNow dashboards to report progress and performance.
Coordinate testing training and go-live support to ensure successful adoption and sustainability.
Collaborate with enterprise architects to define long-term ServiceNow roadmaps including module upgrades and new capability rollouts.
