Working Hours: Monday Friday (9:00 AM 6:00 PM)
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Batch Auditor with hands-on expertise in cotton knits (hoodies sweatshirts t-shirts). The role involves ensuring that garment production batches meet client quality standards before final packaging using both physical samples and technical documentation (Tech Packs).
The Senior Batch Auditor acts as a key link between the Quality Control (QC) team and the packaging process ensuring only approved garments move forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate garment batches (e.g. hoodies sweatshirts t-shirts) for stitching measurements trims embroidery and overall quality.
- Review physical samples provided by clients and Tech Pack documents for benchmarking against production quality.
- Conduct random sampling inspections (2030%) from each production batch (e.g. 500 pieces per batch from a 5000-piece order).
- Approve or reject batches based on compliance with quality standards before they are sent for packaging.
- Document findings and maintain clear reporting of quality checks.
- Collaborate with the Quality Control team to highlight recurring issues and recommend corrective actions.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in garment quality control or auditing preferably in cotton knits.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction trims embroidery and measurement specifications.
- Ability to read and understand basic English for interpreting Tech Pack documents.
- Keen eye for detail with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
