Description

We are a fast-growing hospitality technology company building automated financial systems for hotels worldwide. We are hiring a senior Bookkeeper or CPA-level professional to oversee a client-specific accounting function while helping drive the transition from manual processing to fully automated technology-powered workflows. This role blends deep accounting expertise with an operational understanding of automation quality control and process improvement.

Requirements

Responsibilities: Oversee the accuracy and integrity of daily accounting work for a large client with significant transaction volume.

Lead the rollout testing and validation of new automation workflows within our tech platform.

Monitor automated outputs identify exceptions and ensure corrective actions are taken quickly.

Partner with Product & Engineering to refine logic rules and system behaviour as automation scales.

Supervise offshore accounting processors ensuring accuracy speed and adherence to controls.

Maintain SOPs and internal controls adapted to an automation-first environment.

Produce performance accuracy and exception reports that help guide automation improvements.

Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve upstream data issues and ensure end-to-end workflow stability.

Experience:

510 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (high-volume environment preferred).

CPA CA ACCA or similar advanced certification strongly preferred.

Strong understanding of accounting controls reconciliations and process oversight.

Experience working with automation tools workflow systems or software-driven accounting

Prior experience supervising or reviewing the work of accounting teams.

Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; strong analytical and communication abilities.
