Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between marketing sales operations and finance.
- Lead business development initiatives and partnerships. - Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations across manufacturing logistics sales and marketing.
- Ensure efficient supply chain and inventory management.
- Monitor KPIs and operational performance metrics. - Financial Oversight
- Drive cost-efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls. - Sales & Marketing
- Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing plans across digital traditional and trade channels.
- Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Monitor consumer trends competitor activities and market dynamics to inform strategy.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in FMCG with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing operations sales and financial performance.
- Strong leadership decision-making and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Philippine regulatory requirements and FMCG market dynamics.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in both distribution and manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience managing both B2B and B2C channels.
- Familiarity with digital marketing CRM systems and data analytics tools.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
