Job Summary
The Corporate Recruiter (Project Hire) will be responsible for the end-to-end sourcing and recruitment of Manager to Executive-level positions across various business units. The role requires a highly motivated and strategic recruiter who can effectively identify attract and engage top-caliber talent through both traditional and innovative sourcing strategies. This position will play a key role in strengthening the companys leadership pipeline while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for Manager to Executive-level roles from sourcing to job offer.

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements competencies and organizational fit.

Develop and implement sourcing strategies targeting passive and active candidates through LinkedIn job boards networks and referrals.

Screen and assess candidates qualifications and alignment with company values and culture.

Coordinate and facilitate interviews ensuring timely feedback and consistent communication.

Maintain recruitment dashboards and provide regular hiring progress reports.

Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Psychology Human Resource Management or related field.

At least 5 years of solid recruitment experience with focus on Manager to Executive-level hiring.

Proven experience recruiting for corporate roles in Real Estate Conglomerates or MNCs is an advantage.

Strong sourcing and networking skills particularly on LinkedIn and professional platforms.

Excellent communication stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Highly organized resourceful and results-oriented.

Must be willing to report on-site at EDSA Mandaluyong City.
