Position Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PCO Finance to join our team. The PCO Finance will be responsible for supporting project management activities ensuring that financial deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards. This role requires strong coordination skills an ability to manage multiple priorities maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and experience in project control activities.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
Responsible for coordination administration and control of all aspects of project delivery to assure maintenance of project health integrity and quality.
Provide proper tracking of project components including but not limited to budget schedule to proactively apply corrective actions/measures when necessary.
Coordination with PM to ensure project documentation/artifacts (project charter logs etc.) are available and stored in the approved repository and adhere to document management and storage policies.
Manage and maintain project SharePoint site(s) (e.g. document storage access and control).
Participate in/Lead stakeholder meetings including status updates tracking change management etc.
Mentor junior project control officers and promote best practices in project management.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Bachelors degree in business administration Accounting Commerce and/or related field
2 years of experience in IT environment as PCO or Project Lead
Proven track record supporting large complex IT programs in enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall Agile) principles and processes and lifecycle.
Proficient in Financial Management including financial analysis and forecasting.
Ability to manage budgets vendor contracts and offshore/onshore resources.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
Ability to work independently while demonstrating flexibility
A motivated self-started that takes initiative to bring issues to resolution
Highly organized and business process oriented
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project Jira Smartsheet Asana).
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (e.g. MS Excel MS SharePoint MS PowerPoint MS Word)
Certifications (preferred but not required):.
CAPM (Certificate in Applied Project Management)
PMP (Project Management Professional)
SAFe Scrum Master or Agile certifications
