About the Role
We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Lisbon. You will provide support assisting users via multiple communication channels.

Main Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking users via chat email and phone.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical or account-related issues.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by following up on cases.

Maintain accurate records of interactions in the system.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues efficiently.
Profile
-
Fluent in Dutch (C1 minimum) and good knowledge of English (B2).

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Customer-focused mindset and attention to detail.

Availability to work in rotating shifts.
-
EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
Working Hours
-
Monday to Friday: 08:00 20:00 (rotational shifts)

Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 17:00
-
Days off: 2 per week (rotational)
Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: 1100/month 14 months

Meal allowance: 7.23/day

Transport allowance: 20/month

Health insurance: available from day 1

Additional allowance:

135/month 12 months

120/month 12 months

Relocation Package

Flight reimbursement upon arrival in Portugal.
