Were looking for a Delivery Manager to join our Program this role youll be at the heart of ensuring the seamless execution of our training programs. You own the operational setup and execution of your dedicated client programs from learner communications to coordinating contextualisation elements like translations and branding. You ensure that every program runs on time within scope and according to our Lepaya standards.
Youll work closely with Customer Success Managers to translate client needs into feasible high-quality delivery setups. Youll collaborate across teams from content operations to product squads to ensure that what we deliver is both impactful for clients and scalable for Lepaya.
What youll bring
3 years of experience in program or project delivery operations or customer success ideally in a fast-paced client-facing environment.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple programs and stakeholders simultaneously.
Clear communication and coordination skills you bring clarity structure and accountability to every project.
A proactive problem solver with a bias for action: when things get complex you simplify.
Detail-oriented structured and comfortable working with systems and data to monitor quality and performance.
Fluent in English and Dutch. Additional languages (German French) are a plus.
Eligibility to work in the Netherlands (relocation support is not provided for this role).
Own program setup: Take full ownership of delivery setup; from branding and translations to learner communication and platform configuration ensuring programs are ready to deliver at high quality.
Run setup projects end-to-end: When extra setup work is needed (branding translations content updates delivery deviations) manage it as a project: coordinate across teams and freelancers track timelines and ensure all steps are completed before the program is announced to the learners
Drive readiness: Lead smooth go-lives for pilots and waves resolving blockers quickly.
Advise on delivery feasibility: Partner with the Commercial team to ensure proposed setups are deliverable and proactively shape solutions when challenges arise.
Ensure First Time Right: Monitor delivery quality metrics (first time right issue free modules) and act early when risks arise.
Improve scalability: Share learnings document best practices and contribute to better simpler delivery processes.
