Job Summary

Were looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our clients fast-paced team in Malta. This is a full-time onsite role where you will be the go-to person when things get hectic (which is often!). If you thrive under pressure can juggle multiple priorities with ease and enjoy keeping everything running smoothly this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep the office running efficiently from laptops and desks to coffee and internet.

  • Coordinate travel and hospitality arrangements for the commercial team (flights hotels restaurants and more).

  • Manage suppliers and service providers negotiating refunds upgrades and better deals.

  • Solve unexpected problems quickly before they escalate.

  • Support the leadership team directly anticipating needs and staying one step ahead.

  • Create an environment where the team can focus even during high-pressure moments.

What Were Looking For:

  • A natural organizer who thrives on completing tasks and tying up loose ends.

  • Someone who can prioritize effectively think on their feet and remain composed under pressure.

  • Confident communicator comfortable advocating their position both on the phone and in person.

  • Previous experience in office management operations or a similar role.

  • Resilient adaptable and comfortable working alongside a demanding manager.
