Job Title: Painter and Decorator High-End Residential Projects

Pay Rate: 29 per hour (Self-Employed)

About the Role
Were looking for an experienced Painter and Decorator to work on high net worth residential properties across London. Based out of our Wimbledon office this is a self-employed opportunity offering long-term consistent work for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional finishes and client service.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out high-quality painting and decorating on luxury residential interiors and exteriors.

Prepare surfaces through filling sanding priming and sealing.

Apply paints varnishes and specialist finishes to an excellent standard.

Undertake damp proofing and remedial works where required.

Ensure all work areas are tidy protected and completed with care and attention to detail.

Communicate effectively with clients and project managers.

Follow site safety and company procedures.
Requirements
-
Proven experience working on high-end or luxury residential projects.

Competent in damp proofing techniques.

Excellent attention to detail and finishing skills.

Own transport and tools essential.

Must be self-employed and able to provide UTR number.

Full UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK required.
