Resource Analyst Planning and Resource Management

As a Resource Analyst you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our teams data integrity. This role is responsible for the effective allocation governance tracking and optimisation of resources in line with demand priorities and timelines.

Reporting to the Head of Planning & Resource Management youll be responsible for streamlining our data sets offering insights to simplify and enhance existing processes and reducing opportunities for human error - all while ensuring a high standard of data sustainability.

Youll join a small agile team with a broad remit and high expectations. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on proactive and thrives in a collaborative environment - someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and is eager to contribute to the teams overall success.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure they get the information they need from our team
• Collaborate with key teams that feed into the data set to ensure a high level of data integrity
• Conduct regular audits of data processes to identify and rectify discrepancies.
• Lead initiatives to automate data collection and reporting processes to enhance efficiency.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for data-related issues.

Qualifications :

Essential

• Expert excel skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience of working with large data sets and creating actionable insights
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Desired:

• Experience of using AI and/or Robotics
