Bar and Restaurant Manager

What will you be doing: 

• Oversee daily operations of the bar and restaurant

• Lead train and supervise F&B staff to maintain high service standards

• Develop and implement menus promotions and service strategies

• Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene regulations

• Monitor inventory manage ordering and control costs

• Maintain excellent guest satisfaction through attentive service and problem resolution

• Collaborate with kitchen and hotel management to optimize service and experience

• Manage scheduling payroll and staff performance evaluations

Qualifications :

- proven experience as a Bar and Restaurant Manager or similar role

- strong leadership and team management abilities

- excellent communication and customer service skills

- knowledge of hospitality management and F&B operations

- ability to work flexible hours including weekends evenings and holidays

- strong organisational and problem-solving skills

- right to work in UK
