Claims, Officer (Group Medical Benefits)

About the Role

You will be working in a fast-paced organization that promotes cross-functional collaboration to support our group business expansion and to offer world-class claims services to our group medical clients and their employees.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

• Handle claims process including pre-approval case inpatient and outpatient claims

• communicate with customers onthe claims decision

• Prepare regular reports and statistics

• participate in projects of system enhancement and new product development
• Handle administrative support duties in the claims area

About you

• Minimum of 3 years of claims experience in medical claims (both inpatient and outpatient claims) in a direct insurer or TPA service provider
• At least 1 year of experience in group medical claims assessment

• Good communication skills with customers

• Independent self-motivated a good team player and able to work under pressure

• Strong analytical and independent problem-solving capability

• Good PC skills in MS Word EXCEL PowerPoint

Candidates with less experience will be considered as a Claims Officer.
