Job Summary

Control Air Enterprises LLC is on the hunt for a seasoned HVAC Service Salesperson who thrives on innovation and growth. As we broaden our reach we need a dynamicprofessional who excels at building relationships seizing opportunities and driving revenue. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of HVAC experience to the table.

If you thrive on challenges and have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets we want you on our team. Join us as we expand our service team to join our already successful and established tenant improvement construction and controls divisions in the Los Angeles area.

Responsibilities and Required Skills:

  • Drive growth within the assigned territory through thesale of preventative maintenance services.
  • Develop and generate HVAC preventative maintenanceproposals using the companys software.
  • Support and maintain existing client relationshipsthrough proactive engagement and by providingeffective solutions.
  • Communicate regularly with all accounts with aparticular focus on maintaining strong relationshipswith key accounts.
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork skills as part of acollaborative sales team while also excelling as aproactive self-motivated individual.
  • Report to management at the Anaheim CA office andparticipate in weekly and monthly team meetings bothvirtually and in person.
  • Candidates must be local to our Anaheim office
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC is required.

Skills Required:

  • Proficient in verbal and written communication skills.
  • Quick adoption of all software programs utilized in theday-to-day business & operations of the company.
