QA Engineer (fmx)

Were now looking for a QA Engineer who ensures that every release meets our high standards for reliability usability and scalability and who wants to help us build a QA culture from the ground up.

Tasks

Youll take ownership of our test strategy automate where it makes sense and make sure our users experience a rock-solid platform.

• Design & execute test strategies Define and implement QA processes test plans and test cases for new and existing features.
• Automate smartly Build and maintain automated test suites (UI API and regression tests) using modern frameworks.
• Collaborate with developers Work hand-in-hand with engineers to catch bugs early improve code quality and streamline releases.
• Ensure reliability across environments Validate integrations monitor builds and guarantee stability across browsers and devices.
• Shape the QA foundation Help establish Pactos QA standards and best practices to make product reliability measurable and actionable.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in QA or software testing (manual and/or automated)
• Strong knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g. Playwright Cypress Jest or similar)
• Familiarity with API testing (Postman Swagger REST GraphQL)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions GitLab CI etc.)
• Solid understanding of modern web apps (React etc.)
• Detail-oriented structured and proactive you take ownership of quality
• Fluent in English (German is a plus)
