Job Summary

Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for AI/ML and technical roles in India (sourcing screening coordinating interviews offers closing).
Partner with engineering leadership and hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements and team goals.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top AI/ML Data Science and Software Engineering talent in India.
Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter GitHub Stack Overflow research communities meetups) to build a robust talent pipeline.
Conduct technical screenings and behavioral interviews to assess skills culture fit and motivation.
Maintain strong candidate engagement and deliver an exceptional experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Track and report key metrics (time-to-fill pipeline conversion rates diversity metrics) to inform hiring strategies.
