Our Strategic Program Management Office Sourcing practice will provide you with the opportunity to help organizations balance long term strategies and short-term imperatives to optimize their investments and strategic activity required to achieve the organizations business objectives. We help enhance organizations project and program performance by identifying alternative project approaches consistently aligning projects with corporate strategy setting the tone and pace of programs from the outset responding quickly and effectively to crisis situations and extracting value from agile program delivery. Our teams roles focus on project portfolio management for both people and client management. Additionally our team processes services such as portfolio program and project management which require a diverse range of skill sets needed and growth opportunities for new and experienced team members.

The IT Hardware Asset Management Analyst is responsible for the strategic management of technology-related hardware within the organization. This includes planning monitoring and recording hardware assets to ensure compliance with vendor contracts. The individual will assists in developing and implementing procedures for tracking company assets to oversee quality control throughout their lifecycles.
Summary of Duties:
Responsible for supporting the processes and systems for Asset Management of Hardware assets.
Maintain accurate Asset Repository/ CMDB for all Hardware assets
Drive process improvements with ITAM best practices and automation
Designing developing and maintaining enterprise level data analysis and reporting on Hardware Assets
Developing insights on proposed changes and improvements to better manage inventory.
Administer systems for tracking IT asset life cycles managing inventory and maintaining information on software licenses and service level agreements.
Ensures compliance with purchasing procedures and standards.
Tracks quality throughout product/contract lifetimes.
Manage acquisition of assets from planning through deployment.
Track entire life-cycle management for each asset in order to maintain warranty information refresh date and end of life data information.
Establish metrics and reporting for asset compliance.
Conduct annual inventory audit and develop process and procedures to ensure accuracy
Provide status report and dashboard reporting.
Requirements:
Requires bachelor degree in related field.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Works independently and collaboratively.
4 years of experience building and maintaining IT asset management programs.
Knowledge of the ITIL Framework.
