Job Summary

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Master TSDCs product line to confidently represent it to clients.
  • Travel frequently (approximately 65% of the time) to support sales efforts.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to grow market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships within the glazier dealers and wholesale distribution industry promoting TSDCs offerings.
  • Schedule on-site meetings and presentations to showcase products and services effectively.
  • Visit client locations to provide a personalized service and strengthen rapport.
  • Manage sales territory account follow-ups and pipeline opportunities efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely delivery.
  • Provide insights to management on market trends and evolving customer needs.

Qualifications:

  • 7 years of experience in wholesale sales benefit is selling directly to glaziers.
  • Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close sales successfully.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly via phone email in-person and digital platforms like MS Teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategic sales plans that adapt to market changes.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
