Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft review and analyze commercial contracts NDAs vendor agreements and other legal documents
- Support the legal team in corporate governance compliance matters and internal policy review
- Maintain and manage legal documentation and contract repositories
- Assist with legal research and the preparation of legal opinions or briefs
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure legal risk is minimized
- Ensure all documentation complies with applicable legal and regulatory requirements
- Provide support during audits and other compliance checks
Required Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor
- Basic understanding of contract law and corporate legal processes
- Prior internship or work experience in a corporate legal setting is preferred
- Strong drafting communication and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of corporate laws regulatory frameworks and compliance practices
- Proficiency in MS O ice tools (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
