- Pay Rate: $23/hour
- Shift: 9am - 6pm (Temp to Engage)
- Dress Code: Business casual

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Multitask and manage time effectively to handle multiple assignments throughout the day.
- Communicate clearly and keep requestors informed of progress.
- Adapt and adjust to daily task allocation and changing priorities.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Take initiative and show willingness to learn new skills.
- Stand and walk for extended periods; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Perform tasks related to copy/print jobs and basic equipment maintenance (preferred).
- Support shipping/receiving procedures including checking packing slips and selecting correct packing materials.
- Utilize hardware and software for cost recovery document management and workflow support.
- Troubleshoot and solve problems as they arise.
- Read and comprehend technical information manuals and related materials.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1-2 years of related work experience.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the legal industry highly desired.
- Customer service experience is essential.
- Experience with copiers and related equipment preferred.
- Basic electronics knowledge preferred.
- Valid drivers license and auto insurance may be required (per Ricoh).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and flexibly to complete assigned projects.
