Senior Recruiter
Work Setup: Full-time remote (equipment provided) Regularization after 6 months
About the Role
Were looking for a Senior Recruiter who can manage end-to-end recruitment and deliver high-quality hires for both technical and leadership roles. This position requires someone who can work independently handle multiple sourcing channels and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding ensuring timely delivery of quality candidates
- Handle mass hiring and technical recruitment for roles such as engineers designers and executives
- Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn Facebook Zoho Indeed and other social platforms
- Conduct initial screenings interviews assessments and reference checks
- Prepare and submit Talent Acquisition Process (TAP) Reports and other recruitment documentation
- Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to align hiring needs and strategies
- Support onboarding by preparing contracts facilitating orientations and ensuring compliance with employee requirements

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a recruiter preferably in a BPO or offshore setting handling international clients
- Proven experience in mass hiring and technical recruitment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in using multiple sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems
- Organized proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities
