Job Summary

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Identify and procure goods and services for an organization and ensure that the operational needs are met by considering price quality delivery and continuity of supply.
- Responsible for the on-time delivery of materials to avoid factory operation delays or line stoppages.
- Set up new vendors in the ERP system.
- Keep procurement activities compliant with internal policies and external regulations.
- Ensure proper alignment of the supply chain for products and raw materials across our business units.
- Provide reports that can help in developing and improving current systems in procurement.
- Support major procurement functions with increasing responsibilities involving multiple projects simultaneously with domestic and international suppliers.

For This Role You Will Need:
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Operations Management Supply Chain Purchasing or other Engineering/Management-related courses.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Buying Planning and Supply Chain or data mining manipulation analysis and reporting
- Knowledgeable in Procurement functions Supply Chain Management concepts and Bill of Materials (including parent/child assembly relationships).
- Fair understanding of environmental legislation (e.g. ROHS REACH) and Project Management principles.
- Basic understanding of procurement systems and tools (ERP MRP SRM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as PowerPoint Word Outlook.
