Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences Were looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and be the first point of contact for our valued this role youll handle inbound communications across phone email and live chat keeping customers updated on their custom garment orders and assisting with appointment scheduling for fittings or consultations. Youll provide friendly professional support while answering questions about garments and the manufacturing process resolving issues and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
If you have prior customer service experience strong communication skills across multiple channels and thrive working independently in a remote environment wed love to hear from you! Familiarity with order management or scheduling systems is a plus but what matters most is your ability to connect with customers and provide exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer communications through calls emails and live chat
- Provide order status updates to customers regarding their custom garments
- Schedule and manage customer appointments for fittings or consultations
- Answer customer questions about their garments and the manufacturing process
- Field general customer service inquiries and resolve issues
- Maintain professional and friendly communication with all customers
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service roles
- Strong communication skills across multiple channels (phone email chat)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with order management or appointment scheduling systems preferred
- Professional phone manner and written communication skills
