Job Summary
Role: BIM Lead-MEP
Location: Hinjewadi Phase 1 Pune
Required Skills:
Must have 5 years of work experience working with Revit MEP
should have good experience in development and execution of different BIM models
should have good experience in collaborating with architects engineers and other project stakeholders to ensure accurate interdisciplinary coordination.
Should have good knowledge of all BIM Standards
Should be able to conduct trainings for other junior members
Should have good experience in QA/QC and documentation
Strong understanding about construction processes and project management
Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manager multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Should have prior experience in team handling
Preferred Qualification:
BE(Civil) ME/(Civil)
