Develop And Support Integrations Between Oracle Hrms And External Systems (E.G. Workday Payroll Platforms Time & Attendance Systems).
Utilize Apis Interface Tables And Concurrent Programs For Data Extraction And Loading.
Work On Outbound (Ebs To Third-Party) And Inbound (Third-Party To Ebs) Data Flows.
Develop Xml/Bi Publisher Reports And Enhance Existing Reports As Required.
Collaborate With Functional Teams And Business Stakeholders To Gather Technical Requirements And Provide Effective Solutions.
Perform Code Reviews Unit Testing And Support Uat And Production Deployments. Monitor And Troubleshoot Integration-Related Issues And Provide Timely Resolutions.
Prepare And Maintain Technical Documentation For Interfaces Reports And Custom Components. Support Ongoing Enhancements Upgrades And Maintenance Of Oracle Hrms Applications.
Required Skills & Experience:
7 Years Of Experience In Oracle Hrms Technical Development.
Strong In Pl/Sql Oracle Forms Reports Bi/Xml Publisher And Oracle Apis.
Experience Working With Oracle Hrms Modules: Core Hr Payroll Sshr Otl.
Solid Understanding Of Hrms Data Model And Integration Points.
Proven Experience In Building Integrations Using File-Based (Csv/Xml) Api-Based (Rest/Soap) Or Middleware (Oic Dell Boomi Mulesoft) Approaches.
Experience In Concurrent Programs And Fast Formula Development Desirable. Good Communication Skills And Ability To Interact With Business And Functional Stakeholders.
