Requirements

We are seeking an experienced SAP Controlling Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4 HANA to support our Pharma client. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of Controlling processes integration with Finance and Supply Chain and the ability to align SAP solutions with the unique requirements of the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage SAP Controlling (CO) module implementations within S/4 HANA environments.
Collaborate with Finance Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams to design and optimize cost accounting product costing and profitability analysis processes.
Configure and support key CO functionalities including:

Cost Center Accounting
Profit Center Accounting
Internal Orders
Product Costing (Material Ledger Actual Costing)
Profitability Analysis (COPA)

Ensure seamless integration with FI MM PP and SD modules.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements design solutions and deliver functional specifications.
Support testing cycles (SIT UAT Regression) and provide defect resolution.
Provide training and documentation for end-users and business teams.
Ensure compliance with pharma industry regulations and reporting standards.
Act as a subject matter expert for SAP CO processes in S/4 HANA advising on best practices and system enhancements.

Must-Have Qualifications

5 years of SAP Controlling (CO) experience with at least 2 years in SAP S/4 HANA.
Strong expertise in Product Costing Material Ledger and COPA.
Hands-on experience in configuration testing and defect management.
Proven ability to work in pharma or life sciences industry projects.
Excellent communication skills to interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Good-to-Have Qualifications

Experience in SAP FICO integration with MM PP and SD.
Knowledge of pharma compliance requirements (GxP SOX audit readiness).
Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud or reporting tools.
SAP certification in Controlling or S/4 HANA Finance.
Strong analytical problem-solving and presentation skills.
