An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Specialist: Service Delivery to join a leading force in the African telecommunications space. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional who thrives on managing complex high-value projects and ensuring end-to-end service excellence.
Working on behalf of our client we are seeking an individual who can drive the Order to Cash process deliver top-tier customer service and lead service implementation with precision and speed. This is your chance to play a key role in shaping the digital future of the continent.
Key Duties:
- Coordinate the service delivery of strategic high-revenue projects
- Drive the Order to Cash process ensuring timely delivery and revenue realisation
- Engage cross-functional teams and manage internal/external escalations
- Lead customer engagements ensuring effective communication and satisfaction
- Manage third-party vendors to meet service requirements
- Support the bid office with RFP responses
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge sharing
- Represent the business in customer meetings reinforcing commitment and trust
- Continuously drive service improvements and efficiencies
Key Requirements:
- 5 years in the ICT sector including 3 years in a Telco environment
- Strong project management experience (qualification essential)
- Excellent stakeholder and customer relationship management skills
- Proficient in Business Intelligence reporting and Microsoft Office
- Solid technical background with relevant certifications (Cisco advantageous)
- Proven ability to lead mentor and manage escalations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in managing cross-functional workgroups
- Technical and escalation management expertise
