Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

a. Provides technical support to employees. Assigns and coordinates work/projects such as converting to new hardware or software.

b. Monitors network data cables are well-maintained without any disconnection and delay in speed and in adding new users.

c. Plans recommends & requests new software/hardware for improvements in computer system.

d. Installs & trains users in use of new software or hardware (including EZO).

e. Manages Repairs and maintenance costs vs. budget. Troubleshoot & repair PCs network and other IT related concerns.

f. Plans schedules and coordinates regular maintenance of corporate IT hardware/software/firmware/anti-virus/anti-spam etc.

g. Handles preventive maintenance. Negotiates and coordinates with Third-party service providers for the service and repairs.

h. Reviews recommends updates or upgrades implements & monitors anti-virus anti-spam and update regularly.

i. Initiates/proposes test recommends and implements new hardware and software-based technologies (like Microsoft Windows/MS Office and other software productivity tools) to increase work productivity of the company. Plans monitors and schedule regular phase-out of equipment. Reviews hardware if need to replace.

j. Suggests specifications for new hardware and software.

k. Coordinates with Admin department for canvass order up to delivery of assets/equipment. Monitors data/voice communication networks to ensure that network is available to all systems users and resolves data and/or voice communication problems. Receives telephone calls or online requests from users with data/voice communication problems such as failure of data to be transmitted to another location.

l. Ensures & monitors security of data and network. Trains Network specialist/Technical support staffs.

m. Supervises outsourced personnel doing outsourced functions (like maintenance and repairs). Monitors the performance of the outsourced personnel.

n. Handles other projects assigned.
