As a Marketing Manager at SITS Traxion together with your colleagues from the marketing team you will define and execute a marketing strategy that positions us as a thought leader in Identity & Access Management and cybersecurity consulting in Europe. Working closely with consultants sales teams and leadership youll develop and run high-impact campaigns that drive brand visibility support business growth and generate leads. Youll have the freedom to shape the marketing function create content that resonates with our target audience and elevate our presence across local and international markets. This role reports into the CEO BeNeLux who is the IAM practice group leader here at SITS Traxion.
What youll be doing:
- Campaign Development: Lead the creation and delivery of multi-channel campaigns (digital email events social content) to drive brand awareness demand generation and pipeline growth.
- Content Creation & Brand Building: Own the brand narrative. Create or oversee the creation of content such as case studies blog posts whitepapers videos and thought leadership in collaboration with consultants and partners.
- Event & Partner Marketing: Plan and execute industry events webinars and sponsorships. Collaborate with key partners and vendors on joint marketing opportunities.
- Sales Enablement: Support sales teams with marketing assets pitch materials and client-facing content. Ensure alignment between marketing efforts and the buyer journey.
- Marketing Strategy & Execution: Define and implement a data-driven B2B marketing strategy alongside our CEO that is aligned with commercial goals across the Netherlands Belgium as well as with the overall group to ensure consistent positioning and maximum impact across all target markets.
- Analytics & Optimization: Track campaign performance analyse data and continuously optimize based on KPIs and ROI insights.
- Agency & Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external agencies freelancers and creative partners to deliver marketing initiatives effectively.
- AI- Driven innovation: Experiment with and implement AI tools across marketing workflows- from predictive analytics and customer segmentation to content generation and campaign personalization- to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
- Collaboration with Group Marketing: work closely with the group marketing team to ensure brand consistency share best practices align on strategic initiatives and leverage shared resources across regions.
- Leadership & Growth: collaborate with marketing colleagues to strengthen the marking function as the business grows while actively developing your own skills and career.

What youll bring to the table:
- 5 years in B2B marketing preferably in IT cybersecurity or consulting. Proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Youre comfortable owning the full marketing funnelfrom brand and content to performance and analyticswhile also getting your hands dirty to get things done.
- Preferred experience with Microsoft dynamics and hubspot
- Collaborative creative and highly organized. Able to align marketing with sales and consultancy while balancing long-term strategy with short-term deliverables.
- Working proficiency in English and Dutch (spoken and written); German is a bonus.
- A degree in Marketing Business Communications or related field. Certifications in digital marketing or content strategy are a plus.
- Available for at least 32 hours/week and able to work from our Waardenburg office three per week.
- You hold a valid EU drivers license.
- You already live in the Netherlands and have a valid work permit or EU nationality.
