Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technologist role:
- Take ownership of projects across all stages coordinating design and technical delivery with precision.
- Produce detailed working and tender drawings ensuring the highest technical and design standards.
- Prepare and submit planning and building regulation applications with confidence and accuracy.
- Conduct site visits and surveys ensuring full compliance with project specifications and regulations.
- Work collaboratively with clients consultants and local authorities to achieve outstanding project outcomes.
Key Requirements for this Architectural Technologist role:
- Degree in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
- Proven experience within a UK-based architectural practice ideally with exposure to the education sector.
- Strong proficiency in Revit and a solid understanding of UK Building Regulations.
- Excellent design and technical detailing skills with a meticulous approach to accuracy.
- Confident in project management and job running with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and organisational abilities combined with a proactive solution-focused mindset.
