This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Architectural Technologist with residential project experience to take on responsibility for technical design and project delivery. The role offers exposure across all project stages within a collaborative and supportive studio environment.

Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technologist role:

Support the delivery of residential projects across all stages
Produce high-quality technical drawings and documentation
Coordinate with project leads clients and consultants to ensure smooth delivery
Participate in collaborative design discussions and studio environment
Work effectively independently and as part of a team

Key Requirements for this Architectural Technologist role:

Architectural Technologist with 3 years experience
Proven residential project experience
Strong technical drawing and detailing skills
ArchiCAD or Revit experience
Good understanding of project delivery and coordination
