Whats the role
As a Case Management Analyst youll be at the heart of onboarding Fund clients into Westpacs Financial Markets business. Youll manage the end-to-end onboarding process acting as the key liaison between Relationship Managers clients and internal teams. Based in Sydney this 12 month role will provide the opportunity to work across a broad stakeholder network ensuring due diligence is completed accurately and efficiently. What do I need
To thrive in this role youll bring a strong mix of industry knowledge stakeholder engagement and a proactive mindset:
- Solid understanding of FM Product Onboarding KYC AML and compliance standards with experience across diverse client types and institutional banking products.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a client-first approach and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
- Proven ability to take ownership of processes drive resolution and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management organisational and coordination skills with a keen eye for detail and a strong controls mindset.
- Project management experience and the ability to quickly grasp new concepts systems and procedures.
