About The Role & The Candidate
Ideal for an exceptional mid-level L&D specialist who wants to move into a strategic role where they would be joining scale up tech company and reporting directly to the CEO. You would work with the product team the leadership team and the CEO on building world-class training modules for both employees and clients. Succeeding in this role would give you even after just 18 months many opportunities for growth and career progression.

Some of the required skills experience and qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in instructional design learning and development organisational development or related discipline and/or significant relevant experience in development and instructional design
- Proven ability to design and implement development programs and evaluation
- Demonstrated significant experience in the design delivery and evaluation of e-learning programs
- Demonstrated experience in collaborating with leaders to provide input into employee development goals including recommendations on instructional design approaches.
Remuneration
- Base: $120K Super
- OTE: $150K based quarterly bonuses
- Share options: Currently valued at about $60000
