Your mission

As a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist you will play a pivotal role in our team overseeing the full-cycle Accounts Payable process. This role requires a strong grasps of financial principles exceptional attention to detail and expertise in Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Important note: We are looking for a person to cover a maternity leave. While the role is temporary there may be possibilities for extension or other opportunities within our team depending on performance and organizational needs.

What youll do at UiPath

• Process verify and reconcile invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

• Review and resolve discrepancies ensuring compliance with company policies and
  regulations

• Provide documentation and support for external and internal audits

• Conduct regular vendor statement reconciliations and address outstanding issues. Act as the primary contact for vendor inquiries managing communication effectively and professionally

• Assist in month-end close activities including accruals reconciliation and reporting

• Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams and business owners to streamline processes and solve any issue

• Utilize Power BI for in-depth analysis of large datasets developing insightful dashboards and reports for tracking and analyzing Accounts Payable metrics

• Identify opportunities for process enhancement and automation working cross-functionally to implement improvements.

What youll bring to the team

• 4 years experience in Accounting Finance or related field

• Exceptional attention to detail organizational skills proficiency in managing time effectively to consistently meet deadlines

• Capability of understanding and analyzing data flows through upstream and downstream systems

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective vendor and team interactions

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Proficiency in Excel

• Working experience with Coupa and SAP would be a plus.
