Key Responsibilities
Own commitments and delivery outcomes for the team ensuring predictable and highquality execution.
Translate product and business goals into clear technical deliverables and execution plans.
Mentor and coach team members supporting their professional growth and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Monitor delivery metrics (velocity quality reliability) and take corrective action when needed.
Act as the primary technical and delivery point of contact for product business and leadership stakeholders.
Partner closely with Product Management to shape roadmaps scope initiatives and manage expectations.
Lead collaboration across multidisciplinary teams including software engineers product owners project managers DevOps and QA professionals; facilitate technical discussions and alignment.
Continuously improve engineering processes to increase efficiency predictability and quality.
Drive adoption of best practices around incident management postmortems and rootcause analysis.
Ensure compliance with security privacy and regulatory requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
Conduct regular 1on1 meetings with team members to provide feedback align on goals address challenges and support career development.
Own performance management including goal setting midcycle checkins and annual reviews.
Plan team capacity and resourcing to meet roadmap commitments while avoiding burnout.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree inComputer ScienceInformation Technology or a related technical discipline.
Minimum of8 years of hands-on experiencein full stack development .
Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellentcommunicationcollaboration andinterpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Required Technical Skills
Proven experience in developing robust APIs C# MVC Core.
Strong expertise inEntity FrameworkandLINQfor efficient data access and manipulation.
Proficiency in front-end development preferably with a solid understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks.
Hands-on experience withSQL Server including performance tuning and query optimization.
Solid understanding of theSoftware Development Life Cycle (SDLC)and familiarity with tools such asJIRAGitHub andCI/CD pipelines.
Strong grasp of modernsoftware design principlescoding best practices and scalable architecture patterns.
Proficient inunit testingand a sound understanding oftest automation frameworks and principles.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Practical experience withcloud platformssuch asMicrosoft Azureand/orAmazon Web Services (AWS) including deployment and monitoring.
Experience withMongoDB.
Familiarity with theElastic Stack(Elasticsearch Kibana Logstash) for logging and analytics.
Experience working withAzure servicessuch asFunctionsService BusStorage Accounts andApp Services.
Exposure tomicroservices architecture including design development and deployment.
Experience withcontinuous integration toolssuch asTeamCityorJenkins.
