Job Summary

We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Administrator in support of our Utilities Division in Eccles Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys costings and is figure orientated.

Salary: 28k per annum

Working hours: 37.5 per week Monday - Friday

Location: Eccles Manchester

Duties and Responsibilities
Support Operational team in all daily commercial aspects.
Accurately value works undertaken and where necessary provide records to substantiate cost to allow prompt issue of Application for payment/invoice in line with contractual timescales.
Assessing subcontractor AFPs making accrualsand raising Pos.
Raising CEs / variations with clients
Facilitate production of cost reporting.
Cost reconciliation.
Maintain accurate records.
Using various Commercial and Finance systems.
Accepts extra duties as situations arise.
