About the Role:
The Enterprise Improvement Lead assists in quality and compliance initiatives across Junipers corporate and operational services. This role leads the standard in enterprise-wide continuous improvement ensuring alignment with regulatory standards in particular Aged Care Quality Standards and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits and assessments to monitor standards and identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement
- Analyze performance data and present actionable insights to senior leadership
- Develop and deliver select training programs in partnership with Learning & Development4
- Ensure all initiatives reflect Junipers values and meet regulatory requirements
Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in quality management and compliance mitigation
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities
- Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies (PDCA)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to educate and mentor teams on quality standards and compliance
What Youll Bring
- Bachelors degree in healthcare management Quality Assurance or related field
- Proven experience in quality and compliance leadership
- Strong analytical communication and coaching skills
- Knowledge of aged care standards and continuous improvement frameworks
- Current drivers licence and ability to meet physical demands of the role

- Salary from $119000 per year 12% superannuation
- Central Head Office location in Balcatta with Remote Work Options
- Not for profit Salary Packaging-Tax free up to$18550 per annum
